EB-5 CANADA PROGRAM

EB-5 Canada is a program to obtain a Canadian permanent residence card (PR) directly by buying shares in a business in a province and being sponsored by a Canadian business to work.

The program grants permanent residence cards to applicants, spouses and children under 22 years old. Applicants can apply for PR rights in Vietnam and enter Canada as permanent residents.

The program is being promoted in many Canadian provinces such as: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Yukon.

Among them, Alberta is also one of four Canadian provinces chosen by the Vietnamese community to settle, besides Quebec, Ontario, and British Columbia.

Vietnamese people choose Alberta because the jobs here are quite suitable and the conditions are relatively easier compared to other provinces. Alberta is also a province considered to have a very high level of economic freedom and ranks first in Canada. The main industries are the oil and gas industry, agriculture and technology. In 2019, Alberta’s GDP per capita surpassed that of the United States, Norway or Switzerland and was the highest of any province in Canada at CAD 80,905.

2 years or more. Prove work experience through receiving a full-time salary, and the job position must match the job listings in the Canadian province at the time of application.
