EB-5 Programs will be extended for two weeks until December 22, 2017

The minimum investment amount is expected to go up to $1,025,000 (and $925,000 for TEA). On December 2, 2017, the Chairman of the House Appropriations committee, Chairman Rodney Frelinghuysen introduced a legislative proposal to extend the Continuing Resolution to December 22, 2017. It is expected that this bill will pass and EB-5 programs will be extended for two weeks until December 22, 2017. While this bill can’t be sure, we have heard that a final bill is likely to be introduced in the next week and could be passed.
